Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
​Our most popular offering, the Certified Scrum Master class, is the prerequisite for obtaining your ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.

​​ During this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of the Scrum framework. Through hands-on activities and reflection, students will explore the values, practices, and principles of Scrum. Participants will also gain an understanding of the core responsibilities of the Scrum team members, and how to effectively interact on and with Scrum teams.

Audience: This workshop is appropriate for…
  • Anyone working on a Scrum team, including (but not limited to) software developers, business analysts, UX engineers, designers, testers, ScrumMasters, and Product Owners
  • Anyone working closely with a Scrum team, including (but not limited to) stakeholders, project managers, product managers, and other members of the management team

​Upon successful completion of the CSM course, students will be eligible to earn their Certified ScrumMaster certificate by taking the online CSM exam provided by the Scrum Alliance. For more information about what to expect from the Scrum Alliance certification exam, check our FAQ page.

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

​​Our Certified Scrum Product Owner class explores the business side of Scrum and fulfills all necessary requirements to obtain your CSPO certification.

​During this interactive 2-day workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of the Product Owner role. Through a series of activities, participants will learn the ins and outs of managing the product backlog and techniques for working with stakeholders. Students will also explore topics such as product planning and strategy in the scrum environment and the impact and nuances of interfacing between the Scrum team and the larger organization.
