During this workshop, learners will work in small groups to come up with an idea that they will take from ideation through product vision/goal, product backlog, product backlog refinement, and more. We will cover methods of using AI- in refining ideas, prioritizing tasks, and aligning to the Product Goal and the Sprint Goal. In addition, learners will also get an introduction to what LLM is and how it works.

This workshop will help you learn to put yourself in the driving seat and AI help you to become more creative and productive.
