What is Scrum?The Scrum Framework helps small teams to work together effectively on complex product development. It is often referred to as an Agile Project Management methodology (though this term is not entirely accurate). Scrum was originally designed, and is still primarily used, for managing software development, since software development tends to be complex work. Today, Scrum is also used in a wide variety of product development and services outside software development, including hardware, managing services, and even at home.
