Learning Objectives
During this workshop, learners will work in small groups to come up with an idea that they will take from ideation through product vision and product backlog, including story mapping, product backlog refinement, and more. We will cover methods of using AI- in refining ideas, prioritizing tasks, and aligning to the Product Goal and the Sprint Goal. In addition, they will also get an introduction to what an LLM is and how it works.
Target Audience: People with iterative and incremental product development knowledge who want to improve their skills in product discovery, product backlog development, and refinement, and want to incorporate AI and LLM skills.
